Most designs start at 50 pieces per design; some carved items start at 100. MOQ is shown on every product page and can be mixed across finishes.
Do you sell single pieces or retail?
No — we supply wholesale, export and project orders only. For single pieces, please contact one of our retail partners.
Can you make custom sizes, finishes or branding?
Yes. Dimensions, wood type, stain, food-safe coating and laser-engraved logos can all be specified. Custom work is confirmed with a sample.
What are your lead times?
Typically 30–45 days from sample approval, depending on quantity and season. We confirm the exact date on the quotation.
How do you ship and what documents do you provide?
By sea or air with export-grade packing. We provide invoice, packing list, fumigation certificate and any documents required at the destination.
